Bidding procedure
The bidding process is a special form of marketing in which interested parties are invited to bid for a property (subject to predetermined conditions and deadlines). The bidding process is not an auction or sale.
The respective interested parties are not informed of the number of further bids or bids already received or their specific amount.
Bids must be submitted in writing using a form prepared by Radacher Immobilien without reservation. A financing confirmation must be enclosed when submitting a bid.
NOTE: In the event of a successful bid and a legally valid purchase offer signed by both parties, the statutory brokerage fee of 3% plus 20% VAT is to be transferred to Radacher Immobilien by the buyer.
